because at night you can be away from it if you choose to and it is only a walk away. some nights the loudness can be much and it is good to be able to sleep in a quiet area. but when you are in party mode you can walk on over to the other side.
basically you get best of both worlds is what i am saying.
you can party with the college crowd and relax like an adult.
