funny, i had planned to do the same thing to escape the olympics/paralympics. but, a bunch of people (family/friends) really wanted to come up and stay, and not being local, didn't understand why we wanted to get the hell out of here. oh well, now we have tickets to luge and womens downhill, some tickets to one of the awards events, and a shitload of food so we don't have to go outside at all beyond that lol.
