The 728 x 90 has proved the best seller consistently for me. I don't know where they come up with the 300 x 250 one being the best.

Ha! Well in this case it sure does.

I ran some tests awhile back with 300x300 banners vs 300x600 and the 300x600 banner did far better on the site I was running the test on.

go with banner sizes that have a remote chance of surfer clicking, the common sizes the surfer has already been preprogrammed to ignore after years of surfing

All is said and done! Agreed for the small button banners & maybe half page? 750x400? Gives Newbies something nice to add to their site page filling a large area. Maybe a flash banner for half page?
