Squeeze is good, there's also CleanerXL or ProCoder

Cleaner is good, you can do multiple formats at the same time.

for some reason cleaner just can't seem to handle WMV's

never heard of Squeeze and Procoder, will check em out.

Apple compressor can't do WMV's (yes I have macs and PC's)

i do a ton of wmv on cleaner... dont know what issue your having. procoder does not handle watermarking as well as cleaner altho i like it better for other jobs.

Apple Compressor can handle anything. flip4mac.com

Once you have the wmv codec the world is your oyster ;)

I run Apple Compressor on these. Output any format I want with or without watermarks.

yeah, I tried it, the WMV rendering is 60% slower using flip4mac than on a PC, and the quality isn't as good, close, but not as good for the filesize. I mean I don't have the latest mac but it's a dual 2.5gig G5 with 4 gigs of Ram and SATA drives so it should theoretically smoke my 2.5ghz Pentium with 1.5gig of ram, but it doesn't.

I tried video charge and all it does is crash after i try to open the folder to view the slpit files,
