smoking it sounds safe, burning should kill any mold on it...

vaporizer on the other hand, I wouldn't trust it, it might not be hot enough to kill the mold...

using vaporizer on weed like that sounds like a great way to get some nasty lung infection if it is indeed moldy like you said...
