HIV is not flu and it's not so easy to infect someone with it. Only a blood injection could guaranty 90%+ probability. Unsafe vaginal contact gives you a change to catch HIV as 0.3%-0.6% (less than a %). So if she fucked 100 men, probably one of them was infected, or may be nobody either.
