Who cares for the url. As long as the stats arent faked, a potential buyer doesnt care where the money comes from

When I see ads like this where someone is selling what appears to be a very successful site, and in this case, one that needs no or little marketing (as stated in the original post), I always wonder WHY it's being sold?

1. What is the URL?

The nature of this specific sale is kept confidential due to the competitive nature of this business. Many larger deals such as this one, warrant privacy and not a blatant splashing of the URL all over the Web. Yes, there are various adult boards that this ad is posted on, but NONE of them mention the URL. Also, if you are a serious buyer, you are familiar with signing an NDA document in order to gain financial and confidential information pertaining to the operations and mechanics of the business.

2. Low Asking Price, why?
