    I´ve got 2 spanish type-in domains for sale.

    Both names parked with Sedo since November, 2005:

                                      I appreciate your opinion and your advice. Since I have some experience in the domain world, I know what the value of those domains are, and they are worth what I´m asking for.

                                          Um did you guys look at the stats? Sedo earnings is not an indicator of the value of an adult domain... Especially with a bit of branding these could make a lot of money off spanish-speaking traffic...

                                              such domains are mostly sold based on their revenue, not branding potential

                                              and revenue of typein domains is measured either by redirecting to paysites or - most often nowadays - by parking

                                                              Pure type-in... you can see 1 full year of stats, and it´s pretty stable, those domains always had that traffic.

I can understand people typing "puro sexo", and even tho the stats looks kinda inflatred, it's a good domain. Now, nor me, neither 3 people right now at my side would type in a million years "sexo loco". Not a single chance. So the traffic is redirected from another source or something is fishy.

                                                                                      That was online when I bought the domain from its owner, it wasn´t a TGP, and it didn´t have any traffic.

                                                                                      Since I bought the domains, they are parked at Sedo.

Thus traffic that will die eventually when users of that former site realize it's not online anymore

                                                                                                  It seemed to average ~ 3000 'vistas' per month until August of 2006 when it popped up to average ~ 5200 vistas per month.

                                                                                                  Any reason for the pop?
