    Free tip to paysite owners - get more affiliates

    If you are running an affiliate program that still doesn't accept webmasters from ex-soviet countries, think again. Mayority of these people are honest and hard working. Mayority of programs DOES NOT accept them as advertisers. Most of these countries have changed alot since 10 years ago, when this "not allowed" thing started. At least 12 of them became part of European Union that means their political and law enforcement system is up to some standard that is recognized in EU.

    Get ahead of your conservative competition and "open borders" to these people. You might actually get 100-200 more affiliates advertising your partnership or PPS program. What have you got to loose?

                          That is just not true.

                          Becoming a member of the EU nowdays is just a question of money and the right contacts not of some evolution somewhere.

                          Best example: Romania : Every honest investigator will confirm that they are far far far away from beeing on a western standart regarding law enforcement and guess hwat they are EU now too.

                          BTW Eu sucks anyways and letting romanians join jour Aff Program is like accepting money from nigerian contact persons: The chances that you will have success are very minimal ;)

                                  I'm sure there are plenty of hardworking webmasters from the countries you mention, and I have accepted a few myself. Problem is, once I open it for all to join, the problems lines up...

                                  nothing against any countries but its just a fact that some mean more problems than others...

                                          I am talking about the High % of fraud users (CC-Fraud, CheckFraud , ID Fraud, Hacking etc) coming from these countrys.

                                          Sure Fraud can be done from any country too but prosecuting a USA-Frauder is easy. If your Money once is cashed out in Romania it is 90% gone for sure

                                                  oh yeah? so don't accept subscribers to your paysite from these countries if you get a lot of CC fraud or ID fraud

                                                      Because THE AFFILIATES do the fraudulent signups using their own affiliate links to get money and then bring the money out before the chargebacks roll in ;)

                                                          Ok, it was possible maybe 2-3 years ago, but seriously, how long ago did you register something like that? I personally didn't hear about anything like that in years. Its not that easy to trick the security checks, that suspect fraud nowadays. They are becoming smarter too.

                                                              Today most billing companys are able to track a frauder after some time. But what can you do when the law enforcement in the Frauder´s Home country don´t give a fuck about your complaints?

                                                              As i said its like auto-accepting wires from nigeria. You could be lucky and earn some $ from it but chances are big that you get fucked over

                                                                              I don't know about Romania, but the Baltic States for example, reached a level to where every state has their own IT Police Department that works against fraud.

                                                                              Its not so bad, look around, see how many companies actually do accept webmasters from all the world. These companies are not beginners either.

                                                                              Maybe its not so scary to invite a Big "Russian" Bear into the business?
