Fighting for my son...

so my gf moves out, she was on anti depressants, and smoking weed, she is now with some other guy no proof but she sleeps on the couch and he sleeps on the mattress so she says...

now she is telling me she is going ot fight for him.. says good luck winning.. i do porn for a living.. i dont even know where to start to fight over him.

I went through similar issues and in the end prevailed. The judge really had no issue with what I do for a living as long as I had a LOCKED office that my son couldn't get into and everything was kept outside of the "home"...even work calls have to go through my office or cell. Outside of that, there were no issues w/ the work I do.

Just start keeping a journal of her behaviors, things your son reports, etc. Having dates and times and everything documented or logged will be an enormous help to your case.

I too work in porn and I too have a son.

I have full 100% custody of my son. As advised keep notes on everything she does and says. Don't worry about your job as it is a legit form of LEGAL income. Your job also gives you advantages over those with normal 9 to 5 jobs, and I used those in court as well... I.m home everyday to take my son to school, pick him up and help him with his day to day living, not having to send him through daycare or using any 'state provided funding' to raise him.

fuck I been home for 1month, had all these bills to pay and Ill have a car asap.. so not fair.

Hit me via email. I've been through custody hell. After three bloody years I did not lose my children...but a ton of money and most of my mind. How relevant the advice I can offer to your case is..well, it is anyone's guess...but I am most happy to talk to you. You should certainly discuss this with folks who have been through it.

Hopefully you will be able to work out custody without fighting in court. You need an attorney for advice. Get a consultation with one, for a couple hundred bucks. You will need to give them a retainer if you have to fight. Remember, she does not own your kid. Courts now understand the need to have Dad in the picture just as much as mom. If you are an involved Dad it really helps your case.

If she has a new man, she only wants your money. She probably does not want the burden of full custody (this will interfere with her new love and lifestyle), she is probably bluffing. If you can afford to, offer her to pay child support as though you are just a weekend Dad, even though you want 50% custody. If you want custody, you need to buy it. You are going to pay either way. If you fight, you pay and you may lose. If you pay enough, you can get the outcome you want and the money actually goes to your kid (or kids mom) instead of buying a new boat for your attorney.
