About three years ago I had this crazy idea of using vending machines to rent DVD's ... I figured that a guy could put them in supermarkets and rent moveis for like 5.00... sure glad nobody has taken that idea... oh wait... they have.

I got my idea from the videosz vids they have in flash....

Yeah but would you have had the financial backing to get that up and off the ground? They would have chewed through massive piles of cash before they sold it. From what I hear those guys had lots of good backers from their time working with Paypal.

Hard to say if i had made it as big as YouTube, the true answer is probably not at all.

when I was 15 or so, for a physics project, I wrote about an idea to put sensors on car bumbers that would help in parking. Also on that theme were infrared sensors that would check on the distance between your and the vehicle in front and adjust the distance to a safe distance.

No shit - but I got top marks

I had a crazy idea too.
Pay webmasters per raw click, shave just a notch below than everybody else was shaving,
buy from many, sell to few....and got out before Google moved in with the exact same concept.

I pulled it off. Never be afraid of crazy ideas,
implementing them much easier than to conceive them.
