Ok, about acting... You pay the talent their worth and you get better results.
I am not talking about paying a girl $1000 per scene, selecting the right talent I will pay her 10 to 15k each, meaning she will do it til she gets it right just like in Hollywood.
Each project may take a full month to shoot in order to get the results demanded.
