Anyone familiar with the pyramid sales and infomercial type crap will recognize those lines. They all start with "what do you really want in life, visualize it, an ultra expensive sports car, luxury house, yacht, gorgeous playmate?...if you are only willing to take risks an invest and work at it, it's all yours...
What he doesn't tell you, is the only one making money is him, selling the seminar and investment materials. Oh sure, find a couple lucky suckers who closed a few properties or something and had a couple checks in hand to prove its a big money maker. Hell the realtors selling our houses are making much more bank than that, but most of them aren't rich because it isn't steady enough income. But they must not want it bad enough
