There really isn't anything interesting out there about ghosts that I've come across, interesting meaning having fact based evidence behind it.. any kind of evidence what so ever, etc.
But there is quite a few good doc's on UFO's with viable footage:
-Fastwalkers
-Nasa UFO Footage or A Case For Nasa Ufo's, can't quite remember
-Carlos Diaz ships of light
-Dan Akyroyd Unplugged on UFO's
-Out of the blue
-I know what I saw
-UFO: Greatest Story Ever Denied
There are also a few really intriguing fact based crop circle docs out there.

Nice UFO docs, I to would be interested in the ghost docs, I remember the original Amityville Horror based on a true story, there are a few movies out there based on truth but it would be nice to see some good spooky links
