I had quit using them quit a while ago but still have rebills with them. I have cancelled all the rebills when I realized they were not paying.

That might be a big mistake, I'm sure your contract with them or any other processor reads that if you cancel your account like that they have the right to suspend all payments for 6 months to cover chargebacks and refunds...

For $12,000, absorb your losses, not worth going after unless you can find a lawyer who would be willing to work on a contingency basis and for only $12k I doubt you would find that. You could try a few collection agencies but the chances are really slim since this is a dispute, not a regular non-paid debt.

Is this regarding the 1-900 billing or other charges? Why did they not pay you for rebills?

Some of my sub accounts were celeb so they withheld all the monies owed. Well does anybody know a collection agency then if you think a lawyer option is not worth the trouble.

Not worth the time and effort for only $12k, seriously. Write if off and spend your time on something better to keep making money.

A collection agency won't touch adult related stuff except possibly for pennies on the dollar.

Well good to know then, I had nothing to lose.
I am still going to file a complaint with the State Attorney General. Maybe if enough enough people have filed complaints they will shut them down. For all I care they can go bankrupt for the shitty service.

I agree with KK, read your contract and tell us what it says. iBill doesn't just selectively pick certain clients and not pay them, they have a reason to withhold your funds and I'm willing to bet anything the reason is in your agreement.
