sidenote the key is to first of all evenly spread the weed in the paper, leavign a small gap at both ends, then start from the middle and work your fingers to the sides slowly pressing down and evening out the weed over the joint, repeat this several times until you have a nice evenly shaped "tube" of weed.

it is all about working it in slowly, also practise makes perfect, keep at it you will slowly figure it out.
