I had an uncle that delayed surgery until after the xmas holiday season "just in case" so he would not spoild everyone else's week.

Do people still USE mail? Hell, most of my stuff is done online. I usually only check my mailbox once a week any way. Sure, I get some magazines and stuff, but I can go an extra day w/o reading National Geographic
Important stuff comes FedEx or UPS.
So the federal government closed down for ONE WHOLE DAY IN YOUR ENTIRE LIVES for Ford. You'll live through it!!Comment

I would guess the vast majority of the people in this country couldn't care less if there's no mail today - it doesn't take "smart" to figure that out.
I had to postpone a property closing that would have put a tidy sum into my bank account and I'm cool with waiting a day. Just because your Vicodin's a day late doesn't mean you're going to wither up.Comment

Considering it's not ever going to be a working site, I'd guess it's doing OK for a "start". Do you really think I'd keep the URL the same after people I hardly knew found out about it?! LOL! Sharky and I are already putting together a new skin for the new URL
My board will be strictly for friends to hang out at - I'm not accepting advertising and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage on my house in order to start it

Hellpuppy said it had some "leaks" in the security - so if it's blocked, have him tap in there for ya and read it since you seem so interested in something you were never going to be part of
