Is a Worldsex/Al4a premium submit accounts a fake?

WorldSex support email about my gallery (27. 12):

Worldsex/Al4A not replied to this day..., so i writed other email 31. 12 to all WorldSex emails include the WhoIs:

On the URL http://www.worldsex.com/between.html is writed:

"4. In case the gallery has been declined you will receive an exact decline

Problem is that YOU DON't GIVING ME ANY REASONs!

I'm very frustrated, that i spent 70 euros on the my premium submit account,
i DON't see any traffic from the AL4A (only 203 hits today) and Worldsex (0
hits today), and more you violating constantly your own terms, and you DON'T
giving me the EXACT detailed reason (you giving me NO REASON) why you
listing my galleries not at the your standard page, but only on the
archives.

So, when you giving me no reason's i can't make my galleries better, and you
declining it again and again!!!

As i telled, i'm very frustrated by this your violating of the terms!

Not violate your terms, give me exact reason, why you not listed my galls
(URL is inlcuded in body of this email) and include this explanation to the
all your futures decline emails too.

If you will still violate terms, and you will not give me a exact decline
reasons, why you not listing me on the main gallery page, i will do refund
or chargeback for the my payment ammount!

After long time, WorldSex accept 31. 12 my first gallery, and i don't see any traffic:

AL4A: 204 hits
WorldSex: 0 hits

so i writed 31. 12 email, when will be my gallery listed:

Questions are:

1) Why AL4A/Worldsex constantly violating his own rules and don't tell exact denied reason, why he publishing galleries not in the standard gallery page, but on the some archive page, so i can't "repair" my galleries?

2) Does AL4A/Worldsex sending some traffic, when he approve gallery and list it in the standard listing, because i see big zero from the standard and from the archive listing too?

3) Why AL4A/Worldsex not responding for the all emails?
