What is happening with CCBILL ? Their affiliate login page doesn't respond since the last week. Their support page/form is also in the same condition. The only thing that works is their main page...Are they gonna do us an Ibill drama all over again ?

Wow...amazing. Still not working. Sometimes it does partially, then it don't. I can't even ask them...i don't see the support page!!!
I updated the java and nothing works. In Opera the page hang on the login page. 3 browsers with the same problem, and ccbill is the only web page i can't see...

Fuck. I closed everything and it's not working. I installed a wireless router last week, but it should change anything. I didn't put any special rule for the port, i only setup a wep id. There is no spyware on my PC. I am lost...Maybe this is from Canada only ? I see a big delay in signups showing up in the affiliate area. Still have signups from yesterday slowly dropping in, and the ones made today aren't showing at all.

If you are using a router it will time out. We have 4 computers behind a router and ccbill times out in all of them in all browsers. We use the computers outsitde the router and it works fine. Get rid of the router or use a computer not behind it.Comment

The banks keep looking at me funny when I deposit my ccbill checks.. LOL but that might be cause I get 7 ccbill checks a week..

If you test things out and have problems being behind a router, you may have to adjust the MTU value. I was having the same problem and adjusting that in my router admin solved it for me.Comment

CCbill signup pages are timing out with Japan's biggest ISP, and have been for a while.
I emailed support, and they basically said they do not care since there doesn't appear to be a problem with their network.
If I use a proxy it works, but directly it doesn't. Might be a peering issue, but CCbill doesn't give a fuck and won't look into it. Losing sales is fine by them.
FYI: all the other billing processors I've tested all work fine, so it's time to stop using CCbill for me.
