Hi Sarah, that is correct, so please do not misunderstand that the design is looking good. There is no misunderstanding about this and I am not angry, just disappointed. When delivered to Konrad the logo has been cut (missing an edge on a corner). There has been fault (small but important) in the video design and I contacted you both per email about this while I asked earlier to Konrad to correct this while he was still working on it (I will post details on your pages) and got the response back: it is not in the design so I will not do it...this is not the right approach when dealing with a problem you experience while implementing. He could at least have contacted you about this. If I notice in the design on the videos page there is no join link implemented underneath the videos and I ask to put it in why not put it in (where else would I make sales with if this is not in) and correct the small thingy with the logo? Now I am no pro in this and have struggle with new software for me and try to figure out myself how to correct while I could have expected this from either you or Konrad to fix this for me. What I understand this from your response is that you did not know, do not know what the reason is...I used your email address, perhaps something went wrong there. Since you respond now we can solve this matter. I am still a happy customer if you can both solve this thing with the logo and if you can take a look at the color and if I used the right font type on the join link (videos page)? You can imagine one gets a bad feeling when you have the feeling you have not been heard.
