I just downloaded a video and there is a shortcut to pornlove.org packed in the rar file with the video, so they can't claim DMCA protection. They don't have an option for a user to register so they can't claim a user upload, and they can't claim that they just indexed the link from another site because their site URL is packed in the rar file with the video...
