ICQ issue - how to get it to display name and not number?

    ICQ issue - how to get it to display name and not number?

    I never use the actual icq software, but I installed it as a backup on my desktop tonight

    every icq contact is showing as numbers and not their name, is there a quick switch for this?

      Um open one up to send a message. Then go to details, then display, then click the little down arrow and see what else is listed for them. Select the one you like or make your own.

          I have like 300 icq contacts, I have to do that for EACH ONE?
