A lot of these Rapidshare blogs don't qualify for DMCA protection because they claim to not upload the content themselves and only index links available on other sites, but if you actually download the content many times the rar file the videos are packed in include a text file with the site's address. It's kind of hard to argue that you didn't upload the content when there is a text or other file in the rar file saying "Come to Pornlove.org for free porn" or something similar. I'm downloading something from this site right now to find out if they do it.

A few weeks ago someone was complaining about seaporn.org and their content being shared on there. On the bottom of their page they have this..."Disclaimer: This site does not store or host any files on its server. We only index and link to content provided by other sites." But if you go to any download link you will see otherwise. Here is the download like for a Mason Moore Manojob scene http://rapidshare.com/files/32917642...eaPorn.org.rar it has their website url in the link. When they packed the video in the rar file they had to name it that themselves, that is not something that Rapidshare does. Now if you download that rar file and open it the video is inside, and there is also a file with a link to seaporn.org packed with it. Kind of hard to claim DMCA protection and that you are only crawling links from other sites when all the evidence is there that you uploaded it yourself. They don't even have a section for a user to register so they can't claim user uploads.

I've seen a few of these sites that even watermark their site url on the stolen content. That is as fucking brazen as it gets...
