That's what I was thinking. Whether he was a terrorist or not when they picked him up, he was when they let him go...they made sure of that.
I do admit it's awfully tough to be in the position to make the decisions on what to do with those bastards. It'd be wonderful if we lived in a world where we could shoot 'em in the head and be done with it, but unfortunately we're stuck with a shitty decision no matter which decision is made. Indefinitely hold someone or watch them kill innocent people in the name of a god that for all they know doesn't exist.
