Not for editing the girls on the pictures, you need better skills to make text & fonts, knowing how to stroke or adding a drop shadow isn't good enough these days. I'm not only talking about the pics but also the website in question.
There are good tutorials out there if you want to to the design by yourself but you need more skills or hire someone to do it for you. A good logo and layout is a must to compete

Yeah.. I've been working on polishing up my graphics skills,,.
these we're just thrown up quick with not much effort or thought,, Just didn't want to post unmarked photos..

I ended up uninstalling photoshop because I didn't like how it hogged memory when used in combination with other programs.

I use fireworks for my graphics..
I just need to continue practicing & continue improving.
Shit... for years I never learned how to make animated .gif, simply because I did not try or did not read up on it, but last couple weeks been making banners & such & am getting better,, The one in my sig was one of the first animated gif I ever made

Ok spacedog, I needed to practice a little bit with photoshop today and since you are in need for some better graphics I experimented a bit with your affiliate area logo since the one you have is just terrible. You can use all the images as you like if you want, I made the logo the exact size of your current one. Still the dollar bills in the background isn't a very good idea if you want to match this with a name like "pretty girls cash" but I went ahead with your "design".

This one turned out the best IMO, I'm not a professional designer and for my own sites I always hire somebody for the design. I also didn't save the .psd as it is up to you to practice and improve but hiring a pro is recommended. They have all the tools and software, expertise and drawing capabilities to provide a decent job.

Quick tip: sharpen the photo. The watermark text is sharp (particularly on the second one), but the content underneath isn't. I'd consider levels adjustment as well, the second photo is underexposed because of the lights in the background.

No problem, you might want to change the headers of the sub menus from the dark blue in a lighter color, even use a gradient image as a background, you could use the purple gradient image http://www.prettygirlscash.com/nav.gif cut out a small piece (light purple) and use that as a background for your submenu headers. Make sure you don't use black as font color for the headers of the submenu boxes it's to dark now and also will be when you use the purple gradient. Light grey or even white will be better.

Also I would change the general background color of your page from grey to plain white.
