We are potentially interested in pretty much any niche. 2257 complaince is a necessity. Custom/exclusive content might be acceptable but is not really what we are looking for.

Most companys will work with you and that is definitely something that is negotiable. What you are looking for is called an unlimited domain license. If you are buying quite a bit of content it should be thrown in for free
