I thought it was built in 1902, we lived in the historical district so I'm lucky the house didn't burn to the ground. I think I have a house to move into today but not 100% sure, just have 3 more to look at.

I never thought about the name of my street like that! Thanks for the laugh.

Is insurance going to cover all the damages? Are you going to rent in the meantime?

I have a new home I'm moving in today. The home owner had insurance so the house is covered. To be honest the only thing we lost was a TV and some dirty laundry ( I was doing the wash so I had had 2 piles on the floor). The fire wasn't that bad after we went back, kinda ironic.

I'm pleased that you're moving.. it sounds like living in this house has been nothing but trouble.

That's one way to get the laundry done, lol. Glad that everything seems to be ok.

Thank God we got out with all the animals! My poor cat was stuck upstairs and I just knew she wasn't going to make it but affter a hour of looking for her we found her in my dresser. It was a good thing I had left one of the drawers open.

Whole place burnt right to the ground as we stood and watched. The family farm is about 20 minutes out of the nearest town, so by the time the trucks made it out, they were pretty much just in control mode to make sure the fire didn't spread to the barn, or into the nearby trees. We lost pretty much everything. Sure insurance covers some of that, but you're basically left standing with your dick in your hand in that situation.

I'm sorry you had that happen all so , it be honest the red cross and my dog trainer were the only ones to help. I thought people would be will to help more as it was x-mas but they didn't. Thank god we didn't need as much help as other people have.
