Let's say you say something about some foreign official believing that you have the "right" to say what you wish here in America. Well in that country you don't have said rights. In fact they will shoot you dead for saying it. Well said foreign official calls up "World Police" and says "go get that guy and bring him to me.." After all, this "world police" force does "trump" all state and national laws.. I mean if we can go into other countries an grab up "detainee's just because someone said that person did this or that and hold them "indefinitely" then why doesn't the same apply to you? See how that works?
