    What's everyone doing for New Year's this year?

    I'm just having a party at my place. New Year's is amateur hour, everything is overpriced and the crowds are usually full off people that can't handle their liquor and cause problems.

    No thanks. I'd rather just be around friends that can't handle their liquor!

                  work till about 10PM tomorrow, then im going to drive a good hour and a half to a friends house to celebrate an early new years with them, then sunday, work till 10PM again, kick it at the bar i work at for a hour or so for new years party there, then head to my other friends house to get completely destroyed then come home and work monday

                                                                                      This will be a rare year that I avoid the madhouse that is the Las Vegas Strip for New Year's Eve....I'll have the kids this year, so just going to hang with them, watch a couple DVDs, do a nice dinner with them and watch the festivities on TV

                                                                                          I am doing the same thing this year as I do every year. It is getting pathetic.

                                                                                          I wait for my friends to organize something. Same thing every year, I realize no one will so I invite a dussin people over for dinner and drinks etc.

                                                                                          Then, next step, I panic. I have to much work to do, don´t have time to cook for them all. Then I spend a day in the kitchen, have a great evening with my friends.

                                                                                          New Years day: Wakes up, panic again. Have to do all that work I did not have time for because I spent the day in the kitchen. And on top of that, my head hurts like hell.
