something that I have never thought too much about it. most sponsers i have chatted to have made me use it, plus it saves alot of time unwatermarking it all. so I just put up with it.Comment

Marked content can actualy work in your favor as It signals that the content does belong to the site that your promoting = Surfer signs up to see more of the set/video you promote, and the watermark ensures him that he will actualy find the set inside, so the watermark can really help you make the sale.
It's the oposite with content watermarked with an other URL than the site it's suposed to promote.. those will Imo. make the surfer type the watermark url to try and find more of the promoted set, rather than joining the site you try to promote with the content, and personaly I'll never promote such programs myself..
