                  I would have to say the onslaught of new laws that are attempted to be piggybacked on other proposed laws.

                  And most recent, the Direct NIC issue, not so much them but more of, if we arent going to police ourselves on issues such as slicks, whose job is it then?

                      #1: This isn't something new to 2006 but it is getting worse and worse each year and finally was brought to everyone's attention. The impact that adware/spyware has on our traffic and sales and how much worse it can get in the future if nothing is done to stop it.

                      Specific to 2006, 2257 inspections. More recent issue, using content that looks underage without having the age docs in your hands. People need to wiseup real quick on these issues.

                      The thing I learned the most this year is how some companies really do not give a fuck where they get their traffic from, who they steal from, etc... I knew some companies were like this (the rouge ones) I just didn't expect it from some of the ones that appeared to be "top notch" and I really didn't expect some of them to admit to it.

                      I don't care enough about 2,3,4 to answer.

                          3) Which thread was the best drama thread in 2006? without naming names, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the once proud advertisers here who were banned then started their own board. Another shining moment was when 12clicks introduced his program

                          4) Which banning was most deserved in 2006? was LC banned in 2006? not sure - but even if that was done in 2005 it still was the most deserved as someone from the outside attempted to attack those within the industry
