As for spamming it takes effort and money now to spam Craigslist and make money and gone are the days where any idiot can post 100 ads a day on the same IP. You have to have a phone verified account for every city you want to post an ad in, as well as a fresh IP and email address, and an autoresponder that actually works. Take a look at some of the blackhat forums and you will see what a huge business it is. You will also be pretty fucking shocked at some of the affiliate programs on here (not dating or cams) that openly are involved in Craigslist spamming affiliate programs...

Uhm, if you're sued for hundreds of thousands and you don't have any way to pay for that...you will spend time in jail/prison. Wow, the ignorance with some of you guys is astounding.
