I can't remember the circumstances but I'm pretty sure they were negative. If they were attempting to make a comeback they probably 1) shouldn't steal and 2) shouldn't use ibill as the brand name, it's ruined.

                                                                                                                                                                        Business mis-represented itself to my customers and caused me to suffer financial loss. This business claims to be a processing company for merchants. I set an account up with them and began processing- I was informed they would be calling my clients to verify charges on the account- I provided names and numbers for my clients and this company called each of my clients and mis-represented themselves to the point my clients became confused- After explaining everything to my clients the business was asked to call the clients back as they stated they were confused by the call and were now prepared to verify charges- Company failed to verify this with each client and then refunded each client leaving the clients without service and my company lost 5,000 in fees owed. Company then accused and insinuated that I was a bad merchant and had charged the clients unauthorized- Again failing to verify the charges properly with the clients- I allege GROSS MIS CONDUCT and NEGLEGENCE resulting in monetary loss
