      That is really shitty
I had my house that I lived in for 20 years burn right to the ground. It was a really old house and it was completely engulfed in flames in about one minute after a kerosene can exploded.

Wow that sucks. I hope you've been able to make arrangements to move somewhere for the holidays.

Will your insurance cover the damages?

          Spend you some brain.

Glad to hear that everyone is OK. ON another note, I just bought my ex-wife a house, and she's had TWO fires in six weeks.

We have heat sensor alarms in our attic as well as our attached garage. And then of course smoke detectors everywhere throughout that are hard wired in and also have battery backups. The heat sensors are so damn loud when the tests are run.

Nothing sucks quite like a house fire. When I was in the second grade I came home from school one day to see our farmhouse up in flames. Whole place burnt right to the ground as we stood and watched. The family farm is about 20 minutes out of the nearest town, so by the time the trucks made it out, they were pretty much just in control mode to make sure the fire didn't spread to the barn, or into the nearby trees. We lost pretty much everything. Sure insurance covers some of that, but you're basically left standing with your dick in your hand in that situation.

Trust me i know where you're coming from and Im sorry to hear this. Hope everything goes well for you. I'm sure being the holiday season people will come together to help in any way they can.

All kitchen appliances toast.

Looks like 100k restoration. Ironically y neighbor owns a home restoration company. So it will be a cake walk for him to fix the remaining...

He came home to this on his birthday(Its his weekend home) to find his house completely fucked up and a new indoor raining feature...
Our friends also just had this happen. They had been away for two weeks holiday and the pipe burst a day or two after they left. Builders took a month to fix the damage.

Whoa. Sorry to read about the fire. Good job catching it before things really got out of hand.

It's interesting how fires get reported by the media in print form. However, I did not see any printed articles in the media about me. Just some short TV mentions about me and some radio talks about me.

I don't start fires. But some people say I've started a psychological fire of perpetual progress.

I think if it had been five more minutes, I think we would have lost the whole house.
