This is a brand new site on what was an expired blank pr6 domain. No pages have PR other then the main page and that will most likely drop to zero within 30-60 days. Also the domain will probably be sand boxed by Google. It looks like the site was a parking page for a year or so: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://efnuda.com

I already told the seller to warn people of this so they could buy or not with this information in hand but since I haven't seen him post anything so I will.

Thanks for posting tiger -- Next PR update is not so far. Lets see what happens. I am sure PR wont drop to zero.

I purchased an expired domain with PR 3, http://www.modifyingafrica.net and it still has the same page rank about 14 months has passed.

Is adding a free link is such a big risk? If I offer free link with no-reciprocal link tiger will be the first to submit ..

LOL, not likely. I wouldn't want a link from the domain if you paid me given it's history the chances of being penalized by Google are good. The PR has nothing to do with adult as far as I can tell so I don't know how it is going to help any adult sites. I'm also not saying that the PR will drop 100% but there is a huge difference between an established PR site and an newly built expired PR domain and it is only fair to warn people.

But good luck with your sale and directory.

At one hand you are kinda warning people, on the other hand you are saying PR is nothing to do. What actually you are trying to say? lolz

And can you explain diffrence between "established site's PR and newly bulilt PR"? I mean I never read anywhere that there are 2 types of PR .. lol

People have sence, they will justify the the inventory before buying ofcourse. And even I am offering free link for reciprocal, which is not a bad deal either.

You need to learn to read. I will explain it as simply as I can since you obviously no next to nothing about SEO.

1. I'm warning people that the PR will probably go bye bye and be sandboxed, that is what happens to most expired domains that are registered.

2. I'm warning people that the PR will probably not help even if it doesn't go away because the site wasn't an adult site when ever it got that PR. Unless of course it's PR gets reranked as adult site. Example a PR8 link from an auto site would not help a site about shoes. Go look up what page rank actually means.

3. The difference between an established PR site and a new site built on an expired PR domain is that no pages beyond the main page will carry any page rank. Here is an example.

http://www.efnuda.com/ PR 6
http://www.efnuda.com/Fetish/ PR 0
As is every single other page on the site.

Besides that the whole point of page rank is that you have built a site which earns the "page rank". When you change large portions of a site or in this case, replace a blank domain with a new site, you are changing whether or not that site deserves the page rank it has. Pretty obvious to most people.

As long as considered PR 0 as you said to internal pages, dont you see they are having direct link from a PR6 homepage? And just to add to your knowledge google updates PR in it database regularly, they just export PR to toolbar every 3 months or so and thats what you are seeing as 0.

These pages will have some internal PR as soon as they get crawled, and that PR will be exported for 'tiger' kinda people's toolbar in next PR update (export infact). Did you got?

Learn yourself some SEO and come back again. And yes, don't believe all you read.

It is simillar like, I can not charge extra money to people if my domain becomes PR7 or PR8 in next update.

You think, or atleast I assume you think, that you are a good SEO -- you might have been came across many SEO Friendly directories -- How many of them accept adult sites? Around 1%, right?

In this situation when:

1) Only 1% of the SEO friendly directories accepts your adult link.

2) People are looking to sell links on their fairly new babe/teen blogs for $10 a month and $100 a year with your link buried under other 100 links.

3) Sites like 97tags and 499sites are selling permanent links for $50 -- And your link will be shown with other 499 words on a crappy page.

Do you honestly think $9.95 is a big amount for lifetime one-way link in an SEO friendly directory, even if it have PR0? And does it seems to you that I am trying to scam anyone? Let me know your honest answer.

I can start a poll on this question too.
