Hello,
I developed this for personal use, as I needed to check on my sites if sites I had done recip links to still have my links.
Basically, it lists all the external sites you link to on a page, and then lets you find out if there is a backlink to your site on that page. It also checks number of backlinks/page rank on those pages.
So as not to waste ages automatically fetching the results for every link (again, like i said, this was first for just me, and I didn't want to wait for it to check backlinks to my site on sites I link to but know I don't have a backlink to etc), you get toselect what ones, one by one, and is fetched via AJAX.
Here is a sample image:

It also has a form on the page to select the url. I missed this in the screenshot
The MSN./Yahoo/Google backlinks have a link to the version your server sees. I did this as I am from UK and always see different results when doing site:searches from my (currently on a) dreamhost server.
I can give a free demo to anyone interested. It is intended for personal use only - you may not allow it to be used publicly. It requires php.
Cost ...
This is a limited time offer (saying this so I can change the price ;) ), but $10 for personal use for one person/company. However, if you have either a nice site (traffic/pr/content) I'll give it to you for free in exchange for a link back to a couple of my sites.
It will be provided AS IS, and will require you to read and agree to some basic T+C's but i'll send more details when we discuss payment (which will have to be over paypal)
Email me for prices if you want this to be used for a public tool.
Also email for details of a fully working demo for you to test out.
