    I just got the Leg Lamp from A Christmas Story ** (PICS)

    My Mother In Law just Gave me this as one of my gifts .. I love the movie A Christmas Story and the lamp is going in my office. I put it in the window for the night...

    "it's a Major award" .. "Fragile .... it must be Italian " ... great movie

                              They wanted another $100 for the wooden crate like the one in the movie ... the lamp alone is $180 .. but it's really good quality and made by a guy that bought the house from the movie and made it a tour. he sells all kinds of things from the movie but the lamp is a big seller. I love it

                                                                              i just unplugged it and I'm heading to bed .. my son couldn't fall asleep till almost midnight and was freaking out that Santa would pass ..lol but i finally got all the gifts out ..

                                                                              here is the link to the place i think she bought the lamp . http://www.redriderleglamps.com/ .. it is really nice in detail ... the shoe is real leather and the shocking are real also .. pretty nice. I've also wanted one for years and my In-laws get me great gifts ..I love it. I have the 45" one and you can see it's pretty large ... the 53 maybe too much but they also sell a 20" and a night light .. great little gifts..

                                                                              maybe next year I'll give a few away for fun .. well have a good one and enjoy the family and friends I'll see some of you in a few weeks

I also have a PS3 coming and I bought myself 2 42" plasma's ... it was a good Xmas and the Leg Lamp was the topper
