                      I only had to do it once, and that was after trying to do it for days by email, support forms, icq etc... And it DID work... Someone in the know hooked me up.. So it's not always bad.. BUT, people coming here first to complain is just plain ignorant.

                                  However, it's not a broad sweeping generalization. Somethings are actually related to something industry wide... Processors, certain programs, traffic sources, among other things.

                                  So it's understandable why someone during trouble shooting steps would ask to see if it's something on just their end, requiring a reinstall. Or something more wide spread.

                                  However, I agree some of the things we all see that are not remotely business related, you have to ask, "WTF"!??!
