    MYVIRTUALCARD.COM -Accounts Payable

    Today is december 11th 2006.

    I have been due payments since september 2006.

    Reading this board,I have seen numourous posts by people claiming to have been paid by myvirtualcard.com

    To be honest,I had no clue what was going on till I joined this board few weeks ago.
    I have left 1 message on "your" answering machine.
    I have delivered 1 email to your email address
    I have left 1 support ticket through the control panel.

    May I ask why I havent recieved my funds? The merchants I promoted told me they have recieved their funds in november,How come I havent recieved mine?

    Ive worked hard to earn those sales,generating profits for "your"company and the "sponsor" companies.I've even referred webmasters to use "your"processing company.

    Am I not entitled to recieve the fruit of my labor?Is this what I have to look forward to for the holidays and the new year?

    Will I be blacklisted for posting this?

                                  Truth is, they never sorted their basics out and did not have any contingency plans in place to ensure their business would continue and creditors would be paid as normal - on the due date.

                                  WhatsTheirNameOfTheDay are now up shit creek and the best they can do is stand in the shit and pay off creditors as funds become available. Standing in the shit is not a good position to be in - it can get problematic

                                  Tho.. while they are standing in the shit, it is vital all corporate laws are being complied with. Example... silly little details like stop taking other people's money on billing... and, don't assume "rights" to pay one creditor over another etc, but dispense funds owing on a pro rata basis, and, preferably not under the guidance/management of individuals who were the source of whatevers.

                                  This is where forgetting these silly little corporate laws can come flying back with more shit to hit em in the face - and on a personal liability basis, even if there was genuine good intention on the part of the officers.

                                  Hope you do get the funds you are owed - along with all other creditors, - and on a balanced basis. Any creditor is entitled to that and each may lose an equal portion of the indebtedness pro rata at the end of the day if there are insufficent funds. If not, there's an option of ShotGun99 Law and straight for the throat on personal liability claims against the officers - whether the corp then exists or not, is irrelevant.

                                                          Despite the sudden emergence of "Paymonde pays out" postings, a thread like this one demonstrates unequivocally and once and for all that the vast majority of webmasters are NOT being paid and that most, if not all, of claims to the contrary are exceptions to the rule.

                                                          From the beginning of this sad, bad episode nearly eight weeks ago, we've been routinely lied to, decieved and bamboozled by Howie and Nort and the rest of the NO-Paymonde gang. None of us should be surprised that they continue in the same fine tradition...

                                                                                              That could be untrue. If Visa and MC fined them heavily for processing CP and underage crap they weren't supposed to process for in the first place (non-compliance), then say goodbye to the cash.

                                                                                              This goes without mentioning the CB fines because nervous webmasters are trying to get (uselessly) back at them. The only possible action on our part would be a negligence suit against the directors of the company for mismanagement and nothing else. Its a very delicate situation... and I can't post more here but one day I'll lay it all out and everybody will get the full story. For now, the important thing is trying to get paid. This can happen believe it or not. Some of us did get paid a nice chunk and that includes me but don't ask me based on which criteria because I don't have any idea!

                                                                                                                  Their merchant bank freezes the funds in anticipation of the fines from VISA, and MasterCard. The fines are paid out of the ffrozen funds, and THEN monies are paid.

                                                                                                                  In essence, anyone Howard says is getting paid in 6 months time per their T.O.S. (which they negated by locking people out of control panels, and cutting off access) or whatever that horseshit was he was telling people is a all out lie.

                                                                                                                  There will not be any money then.

                                                                                                                  He's simply selectively picking and choosing who he pays. For example, Pete K-T received thousands and was paid in full. Plenty of others are owed $1500, $2000, and so on and haven't received a cent. A lot of Canadian webmasters supposedly have been paid. I would guess those within driving distance to Montreal.

                                                                                                                  So those being told that 'once the funds are released' shit can just write off the loss on their taxes. Assuming Howard EVER gives you access in the first place.
