29, feels like 19 and they are fucking lying about the feels like part. I was just outside and with the wind it felt like -148.
Washington DC. It's been a very long time since it's been this cold this early ... it sometimes gets like this in mid-January. We had snow the other day ... I cannot remember the last time it snowed before Christmas.
