here's the story.
IN LA for a convention...GFY one I think if I remember right - this was more than 5 years ago....
sharing a room with AAronM. I don't usually like staying alone and usually stayed with somone at most conventions I went to.
Went to a party - got there early. Free bar - went to the cute bartender and held out a $100 bill as a tip. Her eyeballs went out of her sockets. I hung onto it when she grabbed it and said their was a condition. She slowly said "w h a t?" and I said that no matter how busy it got later if I snapped my fingers over my head she would drop everything and make my drink and run out and give it to me - just for me- no one else. She smiled and TOTALLY agreed to do that for me.
Later there was like 30+ people in line for drinks - I had drank about 3-4 already (i'm a cheap drunk) and Ken Lawson was in line beside Ron Levi and Ken asked me if he could pick up a drink for me - he was about 6-7 people back in line... I held up my hand and snapped my fingers. The bartender saw - dropped everything and made my drink and ran it out to me in like 10 seconds. Ken asked how'd I do that?, I said I was cuter than him and walked away.
bad thing is she was making me a sweet drink with like 5-6 ounces of booze in it - I had 6 drinks that night - normally my usual over 5-6 hours but with the amount of booze in them which i didn't know I got OUT OF CONTROL drunk.
Back in the room AaronM had gone shopping for new pimp cloths and had them in his suitcase. I had to puke and leaned over the bed - didn't realize the suitcase was there and open and well, guess what.....
I was so hung over the next day I couldn't move out of bed till 6pm.
