They are thieves, but opening a US account today for a non resident is difficult .. so I keep them like I kept a bad wife ...

I was using their debit card on some domains from gadaddy . I forgot that the domains were set to auro renew ... Godaddy processed the chjarge of 135.00 ( remember : debit card ) . There was 130.00 in the account ... They passed the charge ( they should hsave declined the charge ).

Then they chargged a 35.00 NSF charge
Then, every 5 days that you are overdraft ( lol.. a debit card .. ) they charge 35.00 fees .
Since it is not an account I use often, I do not check it ( like epassorte, I do not know how much I have the - roughly 100$ ).
Tdbank fees for that 5.00 so called overdraft totaled 240.00 ... good ROI for them.

2 months ago, they started chargging 15.00 monthly fees ( that is an account I do no checks, nor di I use much ) . I deposited 800.00 , just to prevent that 15$ monthly fees bring me overdraft, starting the penalties fees of 35$ every 5 days .

When they were TD Waterhouse or TD bank USA they were OK, but today they are thieves with a license .

Yes it is TD Bank in the US.

They move charges, in my case actually moved charges from the 24th and showed as cleared on the 27th and got an additional $70 by doing so.

I thought First Union was bad but TD Bank actually alters your numbers in their favor to maximize their $35 fees. Meaning they bump the numbers (maximum up top) and in my case moved charges that normally would have cleared on the 25th (1 day after purchase) to the 27th.

Also, I deposited 2 checks into another account I have with them and cleared on the same day checks were cashed. The deposited numbers were the biggest numbers, HOWEVER, in this case they did not give credit to those deposits and this account was charged $70 (a 2.99 godaddy fee for something and a $17 convenience store) The lowest transactions for the day.

See what I'm saying?? They say they move the highest transactions to the top FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE yet when the highest transactions are deposits they ignore them and will charge and ass rape you $35 again, and again, and again!!
