Need a CCProcessor that is not bitching around like CCbill

for my site www.no-lolitas.com (alternativ: www.teenchubbys.com )

THIS SITE IS IN NO WAY USED OR MENT TO ATTRACT THE UNDERAGE AUDIENCE Its just a fucking sitename.There are no lolita /underage keywords or something.

But Ccbill refuses to allow this site for processing.

I even offered them to remove all HTML traces(filenames, url etc) for the word Lolita as long as i can leave the logo pictures as they are ( so it would be impossible to find this site using SE for the term lolita in any way)

So any CCProcessor around that is a little bit felxible?

Clearance: I completly understand and support the default blacklisting of the term "lolita" but as i said in my case its a clearly visible anti lolita sitename and just! a sitename (without any searchable trace for that term or use of that term in any text)

I could have it named anti-skinny-and-anti-young-looking-models-site.com but for some reason i thought that wouldn´t be a good domain ...

or how would you name a project that is dedicated against the flood of skinny-schoolgirl looking model sites?

Its because i would have the whole design to be changed again. Headers/banners/gallerys/buttons.....

With that definition the domain " no-legal-age-models.com" would go through the process but no-lolitas doesn´t ?

don´t want to fuck with anyone here but it fucking sucks when you have everything done and ready and no problems whatsover with anything and then the processor declines you because some graphics INCLUDE a badword(INA A NEGATIVE WAY)?

Looks like the "rules" are to look at a blacklist and you´re done..

That´s what i am complaining about!

Where is the flexibility?

When someone would add the site " www.no-model-is-of-legal-age.com it would perfectly pass the blacklist test even if that name would be damn worse..

Why would you bother to build your site around a term that every reputable processor attempts to stay 10-feet away from? It's certainly not like that's a new policy that any of them have....

And I highly doubt that the domain "no-legal-age-models.com" would be considered acceptable -- it's all about the connotations, and that one just raises red flags all around.

that's a very good question. I know that if I was a sponsor I would not accept traffic from there. May be good traffic, but it's not worth the heat it can bring.

We all know using lolita in a site name is a no-no, and has been for a long time... if ccbill have blacklisted you, try one of the following.. they all have the same rules when it comes to blacklisted words however.

www.verotel.com
www.365billing.com
www.segpay.com
www.standardpay.com

Whatever, lolita in your site name will cause nothing but trouble.. concept or not, it rings alarm bells.. I did not even take a look at the site, because of that word.
