The before pics is me at 180kgs (400lbs) and the after picture is at the time I went into double digits for the first time in 20 years weighing in at 99.3kgs. (224 lbs) now the next goal is 90kgs then I have reached my goal.
Had a gastric bypass 2½ years ago and its the best decision I ever made. Life is good and I think I added about 30 years to my life
