everyone loves ccbill cause they are the best in the market, but their backend is so frustrating to use.

You need to download the change of address form located in the admin, fill it out & fax it back..

as far as the error, could be your connection timing out.

i mailed support yes. but they told me the forms isnt the way to change adress anymore. and i cant find the other options to do this.

I'm not one to slag CCBill off.. I fucking love that company... But one of my best friends is an affiliate of mine, and has had some serious issues recently too... Support have been in touch with her, but it has been weeks now without a resolve.

Whilst we are on the subject. when is CCBill getting into the 21st century with its affiliate script.

I have a lot of affiliates and think CCBill's backend stinks. It is so user unfriendly.
