One the medicines I'm on is a pain killing patch based on opium. It kills the pain of the radiation treatment and helps me sleeps better. A side effect is the dreams, clear, memorable and often very enjoyable. 
A recent one involved my first 2 girlfriends and me teaching/learning how to kiss with them. They were both dressed in school uniform of the relevant school they went to.
The strange thing is they never met as there was best part of a year between them. One was a girl in my class when I was 14 and he never wore a uniform. The other was a year later and I was at work, she did wear a uniform to school as she was head girl, she was 14 also.
It seemed that the dream went on for a long time as we learned, taught and experimented with kissing. That was all we did, the girls never kissed each other or did anything together even though they laughed and talked about the kisses. It never progressed beyond kissing and I was having too much of a good time kissing them.
The dream was crystal clear and I can recall it very easily, all effects of the opiate. I smoked it a few times so have experience.
