    So here's what I plan to do.......

    One night this week I am going to jack somebodies Santa from their yard. I intend to get pics of the Santa starting from the yard and following me wherever I desire to put him up and take a pic.

    Could be fun or could end with a pic of Santa and I behind bars. Either way, I'll post the pics.

    If you live in the Portland area, you may want to consider securing your Santas at night.

                              Aaron, have you ever photographed green street signs against the green background of your neck of the woods? I bet such photos would turn out nicely.

                                  No, but I'm thinking that green street signs would reflect back a lot of light and the backgrounds would become under exposed. Am I missing something here?

But they literally traveled the world with it. This has been repeated 100's if not thousands of times. I suspect that's where Travelocity got their gnome mascot idea from.

                                                                                                          What's REALLY fun is decorate a friend's house for them. Using EVERY possible light you can find, every possible tacky lawn ornament, etc. Even better if you can take them from close neighbor's homes.

                                                                                                          Then there's putting 100's of "For Sale" signs or pink flamingos in somone's yard.

We took santas and reindeer and placed them in yards with mangers and take the mangers and placed them in yards where santas and deer used to be.

                                                                                                                                  some friends and i stole one of those scarcrow things from someones yard around halloween back when in my younger days. we put it in the front seat of the car and drove around with it. took a bunch of other halloween decorations, pumpkins ect. eventually got busted by the fuzz while rolling a joint by a park.

Put it back in the same place it was, but put sunglasses on it and a beer in it's hand, and then tape the pic to it so the owner will be totally freaked out!! I love it!! To be a fact, I think I need to go charge my camera. I may have to go for a little drive tonight. lol

                                                                                                                                                                  Shades would be an almost impossible thing to pull off because they probably won't fit. But I do have a spare lamp shade.

                                                                                                                                                                  I'm seriously going to do this when I find the right Santa. In fact, I think I will video tape the event as well.
