nothing makes it 100% illegal yet, which is why it shouldn't be censored - but it's right on the edge of the grey line between legal and illegal, to be safe, most people consider anything that is a crime (and that means a universal crime not just in bumfuck arkansas) to perform to be "illegal" type content, or at the very least, stuff that will get you way up on Ashcroft's list.. so rape, cp, beast etc.
because this content at the very least is depicting "assault and battery" is why people are objecting to it, the fact that it's a good fake doesn't change that.
