Ban thread hijackers, remove contests as the only people in them is a outsourced company with spam bots posting.
Itrader sounds cool, but dont turn this into DP, ( people selling shit for $0,40 just to get a positive Itrader.
If someone gets a meltdown, then have them perm banned and not welcome back in 2 days.
Also, if someone like Maxwell or Katharos spam frontpage with 10 useless threads..ban them.
Ban all the non paying programs, ban all rogue designers taking the blame for program fucking up.
Ban all content thieves..

It certainly is an issue for epileptic people...
I always thought the flashing strobes that ambulances have is a little ironic...
My step father(fully epileptic)_was in town driving one day and rolled up on an accident that an ambulance had been dispatched to. Well they didnt even need to be there for that accident, but since they were fully flashing it sprung my step father into a full on grand maul seizure...
Luckily the paramedics were there to witness the whole thing and attend to him rtight away.
Fucke dup thing was he was in a 4 way intersection at a stop light when it triggered. He ended up tensing up and falling over, gripping the steering wheel and the stomping the pedal in first gear. The story I got was he did 2 doughnuts in the middle of the intersection(while his light was red) then straightened out and hit a parked car that spun around and hit another car that a lady was getting out of. Luckily she wasnt hurt, bumped her elbow is all. After hitting those cars he banked across the street and mounted a parked full size truck. Tuna canned the whole front end.
Ironically, not a scratch on his truck. Ended up having to replace a Ubolt from mounting the other truck.

Remember, pure affils and pure paysite ops are often two different cats. One more uptight (understandably, they have more on the line) and the other bored of the same old same old and needs to fuck off (or be socialable).

I'd try and keep GFY exactly the same as it is now. Anything more or less would change the vibe. As you know, there are dozens of webmaster boards, but this one is the biggest and most popular. IMO, the reason for that is simple. Posters are allowed to say anything they want, aside from hate, illegal material, and blatant spam. The reason why I don't post on other boards is because moderators always go overboard with their rules and moderating. All the other webmaster boards are censored, heavily biased, and generally no fun.Comment

I've never liked fake/multiple profiles.
i can see the need to hide one's identity - i think the board should have that identity though and not release it unless there are threats, legal reasons to do so.

I want to know what people in this biz do outside of the biz....and inside it. I want to know how they think - what they like, what turns their cranks....I have no interest in people outside of the biz unless it's a post about it from someone who's in the biz. Enable PM's get a proper server setup.. allow people to PAY to remove ads, create a business directory where people can review users and give them "rep", put up some sort of text link advertising for smaller programs, add a "corner peel" ad section, make this entire website more professional to weed out some of the idiots, anyone who is using a "for business" account needs to be approved (weed out the scammers).ICQ: 72251955 GTalk: JuiceMonkeyComment

suggestions would be, grading members after doing business with them, and members should be required to sign up with ID instead of being anonymous. Also some sig whores do get annoying... Maybe every 10 posts they need to say something useful.
