3. The cannot be computer generated or simple text that could have been computer generated. That is pure spam. They need to have texture and variation to them, in other words, it has to be totally obvious to anyone that they are hand made.
All fansign are hand written, if anyone has any doubts they are hand written hit me up
again if anyone wants a computer generatred video just ask 
4. There cannot be any conditions to making a sign, such as you must signup for an affiliate program.
